Unforgotten experience
September 7th, 2008 by alyn-87It have been long time did not post something on my blog as i seldom use this blog already.I usually wrtie my msn blog.
Last week, is lifegame of Wesley church and my college. Half of the participant i knew them plus some of the participant came from others church and some from miri, bintulu..This time as a volunteer a bit difficult for me as many of them is my friends.I was touched when the alter call for full time ministry and the drama “why didnt you tell me”. At the alter call, got four youths went on stage.then their friends all went forward to pray for them..I was touched…
In this lifegame, i almost been locked..Thank God that i got another friend been locked with me.That moment i was really afraid..I kept on knocked the door and shout..but the volunteers outside cant hear. We want to call them, but no hp; go down, the door is locked also; go up, it is very dark..I even fall from the stairs..Lastly, becos of my knocking and shouting, the volunteers outside finally heard it then open the door for me and my friend. Wah…my fear at that time all gone…All gone!!!!
A different in this lifegame is that there is also a kids camp..as some parents bring their whole family to camp then little kids who cannot join lifegame then will have another program for them. So that they will not affect their parents. I feel warm when see so many kids was there and parents willing bring their family came. It like family camp but adult and kids is seperated in this three days. They only see each other while at night cos kid all went back to their room and stay with parents. When the day came, all busy on their own work. But i quite pity the volunteers who help in the kids camp…haha… i heard some of my friends who work in there, said they really tired with all those kids..they really playful…my friends, exspecially guy, really cant tahan with those kids…in this kid camp, they need to play with them, accompany them eat, ask the kid to sleep…really like nanny…After they told me this, i realise that, they really more tiring compare with us those who work in lifegame….haha….
Looking forward to the end of september as going to miri for the camp too….hehe…
